Shandon on the Shandon Elementary Campus

They are a youth development organization with skilled, caring professionals who understand where every kid is coming from and help them shape their path toward a great future. As soon as their members walk through their doors, they enter an environment of stability, consistency, and physical and emotional safety.
All their Clubhouses run programs designed to be fun and engaging, while building skills and confidence for a successful future. They provide safety and support during critical hours of the day as well as meals, strong role models, organized athletics and access to the arts.

Ride-On CTSA provides door-to-door shuttle services for seniors, veterans, people with disabilities and social service agencies. They also provide support services for social service agencies that provide their own transportation services with vehicle maintenance, driver training, emergency response plans, and other services.

Ride-On TMA provides transportation services for the general public with vanpools, airport/Amtrak shuttles, Emergency Ride Home, Lunchtime Express, Visitor Shuttles, Special Event Transportation, and Medical Transport.

Today the library provides service to residents of 6 of the 7 incorporated cities and the unincorporated areas of San Luis Obispo County, a service area that extends over 3,000 square miles. The Library offers circulation of books, magazines, newspapers, government publications, and other special publications, and also offers downloadable media of all types.

Swim lessons will be held at Templeton Pool and Hardie Pool in Cayucos for ages 3 and up. Registration forms are accepted on a first come serve basis. Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted; they must include payment and be fully executed (including signature).

They are proudly responsible for protecting an area of over 3223 square miles and our 129,000 citizens as well as the hundreds of thousands of visitors who come to enjoy our beautiful Central Coast .

Their team of distinguished men and women are exceptionally trained and dedicated professionals who respond to over 14,900 all-risk, all-hazard emergencies a year. As our community grows, so do the dynamics of involving fires, medical aids, traffic accidents, water rescue, rope rescue, hazmat, and trench rescues. As such, training and dedication of their team, must and has evolved with over 1139 cumulative hours of training each year.

San Luis Obispo County Fire Department responds to emergencies and other requests for assistance, plans for and takes action to prevent emergencies and to reduce their impact, coordinates regional emergency response efforts, and educates the communities they serve. CAL FIRE a California state agency, functions as the County Fire Department under a contract with the County of San Luis Obispo, and has done so since 1930.


The California Highway Patrol, Templeton Area is located on US 101, half-way between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
The Templeton Area is the gateway to tourist attractions such as Paso Robles Wineries, Pismo Dunes, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, San Simeon, Hearst Castle, and the Elephant Seals.
